Landmark Buildwell is a Zero-debt company, is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, and has its own inventory of modern construction equipment and machinery.

Message from our Founder

The Landmark Group is an homage to my father’s vision of establishing a trusted name in the construction industry. His passion for building and construction lives on through us and through the Landmark Group, which I established in 1993.

Over the last thirty years, The Landmark Group has built a strong portfolio of prestigious projects, catering to the needs of Indian and International clients. More important for me, is that we have done so with complete honesty, integrity, trust and commitment towards our work, our people and our clients.

The Landmark Group is a promise of excellence in construction, and a mark of trust earned over generations. Our culture is built around four key values of Skills, Safety, Service and Sustainability. It is a legacy, which started with my father, and is now nurtured by my children.

It, therefore, becomes our moral, ethical and social responsibility to explore ways to minimize the negative impact of our work on the environment. Use of renewable and recyclable materials, employing intelligent and innovative technology, minimizing on-site waste and taking measures to protect the natural habitats during and after construction are some of the ways Landmark Buildwell has significantly reduced its carbon footprint during implementation of its projects. We continue on our quest to become a Net-zero construction company.
